This is how I found Jody and Gracie when I got home from work! Jody takes such good care of her, and they have such busy days...they were just plumb tuckered out! Listen to this...Saturday night was rough. Gracie hasn't been sleeping through the night - she's up every hour...so we've really taken a step backwards in the sleeping department. I had spent most of the night feeding her, slumped over in the rocking chair and pacing the hallway. So Sunday morning, Jody let me sleep in. He's so thoughtful all of the time. When I came down the stairs rubbing my eyes...I thought I was dreaming...more like a Dream Come True! He was getting her in the bath, and there was lemon bread baking in the oven. Yes - He was baking bread! Everything was in order...and I felt well-rested. I have a wonderful husband, and I appreciate him so much.

Don't YOU wish you could wear tights/nylons/socks that had your shoes "painted on"??

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Tonight we had the Missionaries over for dinner. We get the opportunity to feed them once a month. Look HOW EXCITED they are about the "Green" Cheesecake I made for dessert.

Brittany, It doesn't look like you had any leftovers. Green cheesecake huh! They seem to have enjoyed it especially two of them. I love the picture of Jody holding Gracie in her dress. Her eyes look so blue.
Cute pictures! Gracie is getting so big and cuter with every picture - if that's even possible because she was super cute to start with! I love the picture of her sleeping on Jody with her mouth wide open and the drool flowing! What a sweetie!
Rock on JODY!!! I'm nominating you for Father of the YEAR!:) Gracie looks adorable as always! I LOVE the sleeping picture- Those are the best moments to capture! Miss you guys! We're going to come up for a visit the first weekend in April... so keep your calendar open! I'll keep you posted--
How adorable! You guys are such good parents!
It is really great when the Dad's just take over once in a while. I have to laugh at the missionary picture. You will have to say HI to Elder Kitchen for us. He just left our area. He is a great missionary.
Okay- so I love the tights! When Blake was a baby my mom got him a white onesie that had a tie sewn on the front. It was a hit at church!
Green cheesecake??? That's disgusting! Just kidding. I'm sure it tasted fine. Love the pictures of Gracie with the diaper cake.
Jody- You wanna come be my wifes husband so she will stop nagging me to do all of that good husband stuff? After reading all that, I kind of have a secret crush on you now. -KC
PS- I hope my kid ends up being as cute as your kid.
Britt your little Gracie is so cute, and I love the diaper cake! Don't you love when our wonderful husbands help out and let us get some much needed rest? But I have to say cooking bread? Now that's amazing!
