Bear Lake

Every August we travel to beautiful Bear Lake, Idaho to celebrate with the Tait side of the family. Jody's parents have a fabulous cabin we call home for the week. Jody's oldest brother and his family live in Florida...so it's great to spend time with them at this reunion each year.


Gracie enjoyed the beach. She ate alot of sand...I wasn't too happy about that - but she didn't seem to mind! :)


We hiked to Bloomington Lake. It's absolutely gorgeous. The boys did some fishing, and Kerry even braved the glacier water and jumped off the rope swing. Such a beautiful place!


These are the 'sisters' I never had growing up. My sister-in-laws: Stacy, Kylene, Lacey & Me.

Below is a picture of Gracie and her cousin Lauren playing in the sand. They had a great deal of fun together. Lauren is a very energetic little girl who has her fifth birthday coming up in just a few days. I have a favor to ask of all our readers...Lauren has been very sick. She has been in the hospital for a number of days with a bacterial blood infection & pneumonia and doctors are desperately trying to figure out how to beat this illness. I know many of you don't know her personally...but I do know prayer works. Please keep this little girl in your prayers. She is fighting to get better, and she needs our help! Thanks everyone!!
