We traveled down south to St. George to spend a few days baking in the sun with Jody's family. We enjoyed boating, swimming and a hike around Zion National Park. Jody and the rest of the family are really good at wake-boarding and slalom skiing - so it's always fun to watch them show off their skills behind the boat. It was 113 degrees during the days we were there...Hats off to all the pregnant women who live in St. George. I was a puddle the entire time - melting and hot!!
In Baby News - I am feeling spoiled. These are the moments when I get to feel my baby girl move when no one else knows it's happening. It's such a special bond.
The doctor says I'm measuring right on; he also told me, at my last appointment, that I am anemic. This explains the nausea, dizziness and feeling tired & weak ALL the time. I'm now taking triple the iron supplements - and it does seem to be helping. Only seven weeks left until my due date! I know a big transition is coming; going from one child to two. We are excited and humbled to meet this new little one.

Can you believe we have almost survived this pregnancy thing again!! It is crazy to think our girls will be here soon. You look darling pregnant! I am right there with you on the heat thing...I have not gained nearly the amount of weight I usually have with this one due to the fact that I am constantly sweating HOT!!! It's miserable but so worth it....in about 6 weeks! Hang in there!
You have such a way with words! You will do great with the transition. I am sooo sorry about being anemic. It feels like you are car sick all the time. I hope the iron pills help. If not try this it is gross but if you fry up a beef liver and cut off a quarter size piece and take it like a pill (I break it up) it REALLY works and it lasts all week. I was desperate :)
It's been a while since I have caught up with the blogging world and the Taits. Life got busy.
I love reading about you guys and your personal views on pregnancy and motherhood. So tender.
So sorry your Butte truck is gone... I will always remember Jody driving that truck around Butte. Ahh, the good ol' days!
I felt the same way being pregnant in August. Ugh! I feel your pain. P.S. you do look great!
